Please follow these steps to benefit from the exchange and return service:
1. Sending a photo of the product's condition after receiving the order is required.
2- The product must be in the same condition as when it was received to be replaced or returned. By using the images attached by the customer, the store is entitled to verify the product's safety and inspection, then an electronic money refund is issued to the customer.
3- Replacements and returns are only permitted within 14 days of the product's delivery date, after which the consumer loses all rights.
The following will take place if there is a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or a few pieces missing:
1- The customer will be offered a discount on the product as compensation.
2- Or return the product without any payment of shipping fees.
Returns or exchanges are accepted with shipping expenses covered by the customer in case there is no defect with the product.
